This is a shade-grown organic certified Arabica coffee bean from the Chiapas region. A favored coffee, this region is sought after for it’s delicate aroma, medium body, natural sweet nutty flavor and bright acidity. A favorite of many, this light roast is prepared fresh specifically for your order.

NOTES: Dark Chocolate

A unique and full-bodied coffee. This coffee is grown on small family farms (almost gardens), hand picked by the family, and sun dried on the farmers rooftops. A medium acidity and a wonderful fragrant bouquet complete this hearty brew.

NOTES: Bold, Smoky, Savory

We use a blend of our highest-grade Arabica coffee beans that can withstand being roasted to a deep, rich, chocolate brown. The result is a strong-smooth taste and pungent aroma with earthy overtones which dominates the soft flavors of some of our lighter roasts.

NOTES: Raspberry, Cacao

Roasted to a full city to create a heavy body, our house cups smooth with earthy undertones and a tangy-sweet finish. This medium blend is roasted fresh specifically for your order.
